I selected the "Good" option for this phone and it arrived in nearly flawless condition with the exception of one tiny scratch on the front screen. It is not noticeable with the screen protector on though. This is the second phone I purchased from BackMarket and honestly the only website I trust to buy used electronics from now.

Condition was as exactly as described, excellent with new battery. The price of the phone was also reasonable. The only negative feedback I can give is regarding the packaging. The phone was rattling around in the box with a rolled-up charging wire. The screen was protected with film but the rest of the phone was not protected. Not sure why the phone was not more secure and/or bubble wrap was not used in the Back Market box it arrived in. Supplytronics, the refurbisher/seller of this phone, has a good reputation on eBay (one of the reasons why I felt confident about this purchase). Having said that, I prefer to purchase refurbished phones on Back Market. No hassle 30-day refund policy and one year warranty. Can't go wrong with that! Plus, all phone batteries at Back Market have a minimum 85% or better battery - other vendors (Reebelo for instance) on average charge more for phones with batteries above 80 percent. I only purchased this phone with a new battery because that is what my wife wanted!

What I was most concerned with in buying a refurbished phone was the battery life. I charged it overnight and left it while I was at work disconnected, and still have 80+%. Two weeks later, it still runs that way retaining battery life.

For the amount of money spent for a good /fair iPhone, they surely gave me a worse condition phone with a lot more defects and a lot more damage that was advertised. The phone that came is beyond damaged with more flaws, site needs to add photos on the accurate item description and better pricing. Walmart and amazon had the same model with the same price and better condition.

I highly recommend Back Market. So far, there has been no problem at all with the IPhone 12 that i bought. It looked like a brand new phone. I did not find a scratch on it and it was immaculate.
