Oneplus 7 phone is great work well but battery performance not good i think if you buy it you need to change the battery and performance vise compare to this budget phone it will be great and side panel has been changed no scratches in front and back. If you want to buy this phone you need to change the battery and software is not like a OnePlus if you need a old OnePlus software experience just go for OnePlus 6t and 6. It's like a oppo phone but not too bad. But it is great value for money. Some times it's very warm. But ok normal use it is ok but gaming I don't know.

The phone arrived with glue around the display and the paint on the metal frame completely removed from the bottom side. Display turned out to different color. Images attached with this and videos of the same send to them.

Here is my genuine experience with ControlZ. I have found this website and placed an order for oneplus 7, after reading many reviews and many unboxing videos. But later I found that all the reviews are paid then I tried to cancel my order. It was informed that there is no policy to cancel my order once I placed and I was forced to accept my order. Today I received my order, phone has glue all over the side of the screen and bottom metal frame paint is completely removed off. In this website it is mentioned condition will be “just like new” but the phone is no where like what has mentioned in the website. This review might get deleted. But i will fight to any extend for my money. Attaching the photos for reference
