At ControlZ, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you encounter any issues with a product, we will first attempt to repair it. If a repair is not possible, we offer a hassle-free replacement of the same or a similar item.

Replacement Policy

This replacement policy applies to products within the warranty period and with proof of purchase. If the product cannot be repaired, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost, either with the same item or a similar one of equal or lesser value.

Conditions for Replacement

Our replacement policy does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs. In order to be eligible for a replacement, the product must be returned in its original condition along with all packaging and accessories.

In case of a replacement, the color of the device is subject to availability. While we will do our best, we can not promise the same color.
