Return Policy

We hope youre happy with your purchase! However, please note that we do not accept returns on products once they have been delivered. If you need to return an item for any reason, the following applies:

No Refund for Returned Goods: If goods are returned, we will not refund any convenience fees, surcharges, or prepaid amounts. This includes any charges incurred by us from delivery companies.

COD Orders: In the case of a returned Cash on Delivery (COD) order, the customer will be required to place a prepaid order in order to have the same order dispatched again. We will not re-ship COD orders without advance payment.

Non-Refundable Fees: The convenience and surcharge fees are non-refundable, as these are paid to third-party delivery companies, which we are also charged by.
