What battery health will my iPhone have?
Most models get a new battery cell with 100% battery health. iPhone 16 and newer keep their original battery, with health between 85% and 100%. On models with a new cell, iOS keeps older battery data, so some software readings may vary.
Why does Settings show Used, Unknown or Unverified parts?
Your iPhone has been renewed, so some parts may have been replaced. Apple labels these in Settings → General → About → Parts & Service: Used means a genuine Apple part previously installed in another iPhone, Unknown means a part Apple can’t verify as genuine or that wasn’t fitted through Apple’s own repair process, and Unverified means the logic board was previously replaced or used in another iPhone. These labels are set by Apple and can’t be changed by ControlZ. Every device is fully tested, and replaced parts are covered by your warranty.
